USER TIP - Comorbid Conditions are key data elements for care coordinators/navigators in their pursuit of managing patient treatment compliance, need for/access to support services.  Lung cancer patients with comorbid conditions such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, diabetes, or congestive heart failure had a higher risk of death than lung cancer patients without comorbid conditions. These findings were published in Cancer Epidemiology, Biomarkers & Prevention (2015; doi:10.1158/1055-9965.EPI-15-0036).

Easily capture co-morbid conditions under our Medical History tab.  Also, you can highlight your patient's care coordination co-morbidities for view at log-in to their record, under Important Information.
