Nicole has been intimately involved in the field of criminal justice for the last decade. She has held a variety of roles within the court system focusing on behavioral intervention, rehabilitation, and substance use disorder for justice involved individuals. In her current role, Nicole is Cordata's COSSAP Project Coordinator for the state of Ohio. She oversees efforts across all sites selected for the COSSAP project, ensuring alignment across the state, providing guidance and oversight to the sites. Nicole serves as the liaison between OCJS and the selected sites and collaborates with the research team to ensure the collection of quantifiable data. In addition to her work with these organizations, Ms. Jenkins serves on a multitude of countywide diversion and deflection advisory boards throughout the state.

 Nicole holds a BS in Criminology with a focus in law from The Ohio State University. She is currently working on an MPA with a concentration in Criminal Justice from University of Management and Technology. Nicole is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (CDCA) and enjoys working with various community and mental health programs throughout Ohio.
